As far as we have been able to work out, these stones run in sequence through the de Gruchy and Renault trees in the 18th and early 19th centuries, although further research is required to establish just how the property (or parts of the property) was passed from generation to generation

Listed building
This is an unusual group of late 18th/early 19th century buildings, historically being two dwellings. The houses both retain their individual historic character with historic features remaining internally and externally.
Maison de Haut is shown on the Richmond map of 1795.
A rough lavoir in meadow to the south.
20th century conservatory across two east bays to west four-bay section. 20th century extension to southeast corner. Garden terraced with low wall.
