This early 19th century granite house retains its historic fabric and proportions and contributes to the streetscape.
Two-storey house with attic, five bays. Single bay to east and 20th century development adjoining to the west.
Brick chimneys on each gable. Two dormers and rooflights. Walls squared stone with dressed stone long and short surrounds to openings.
Datestone incised to central door lintel. Rear (north) elevation: pantile roof sweeps down to single storey over 2 east bays, raked dormer over central bay. Walls render. Windows 12 pane sashes.
