Historic Environment Record entry
Not a listed building, but mentioned in the HER website.
Farmstead shown on the 1935 ordnance survey map. L-plan. The remainder of the brief article quotes the reference in OJH. This is a rare example of a property being included in the first volume but is seemingly not worthy of listing.
There is no mention of the very unusual twin windows on the first floor, encased in an arch, the central window also having an arched top
Old Jersey Houses
A brief entry in Vol One mentions an old round arch in a much newer facade and speculates about whether the name 'bec' is a family name or comes from the Norman word for stream, without coming to any conclusion.
