Listed building

A striking and unusual 1870 villa, by Adolphus Curry, with Gothick detailing. Said to be modelled on the 19th century style chateaux fashionable around St Malo and Dinard.

Set back within grounds. Four-storey, three-bay, rendered, pitched roof, decorative ridge tiles, fish scale slates.

Pastiche Gothic detailing including castellated octagonal turret, subsidiary hexagonal turret, pointed windows in gables, in topmost gable a teardrop shaped window.

Tall rendered entrance piers with lettering 'The Mount' and iron gates.
