- Moignard: The other half of the property was occupied in 1901 by farm carter John Edward Moignard (1872-1923) and his wife Ada Rive, nee Malzard (1873-1938), daughter of John Albert. They had a three-year-old son Alfred at the time of the census

Early-mid 19th century townhouses, retaining external character and contributing to streetscape. Mirrored pair of townhouses on steep hill. Two storeys plus attic and basement.
Granite step up to central paired doorway, inset with four-panel doors with overlights and good door knockers, that to right a rams head, to left simple drop knocker. Painted lettering, "Norman House" over door.
19th century cast iron gutters.
