Listed building

18th century two-storey five-bay rural house, retaining original exterior character with good quality stonework façade. The house emulates the architecture of Georgian fashion but with a continuing local character. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Steep pitched roof with dressed granite chimneystacks, with thatching dripstones; dressed stone coping with moulded kneeler on west gable. Modern slates and dormers.

Principal elevation: well-dressed granite façade. Original openings with modern windows. Modern porch. West gable on roadside is rubble granite with single window to ground floor.

18th century stone corbelled fireplace on ground floor.
