Listed building
Mid-late 19th century rural house retaining historic character and features. Notable is the fine colour stone used in its construction, especially the rose coloured stone lavished on the dressed openings to the front elevation. The early outbuilding is also of particular interest.
Main house with rear wing (this small building appears much earlier than the main house and would have been detached before the rear of the main house was extended to butt up against it) and detached stable block with an attached modern dwelling.
Main house: 2 storey 3 bay. Front elevation: slate roof with brick chimneys. Squared stone construction with dressed long/short openings (the dressed openings are constructed from an unusual rose coloured granite not often seen used elsewhere) and a marriage stone over the entrance with 18GVB NLF60 incised. The initials stand for George Vibert and Nancy Le Feuvre.
Rear elevation: stone-built service extension with a long rendered box-dormer.
Rear wing: single storey running east/west. Slate roof with a brick chimney, random stone construction (of very small stones) a mix of dressed and rough stone openings.
Stable block: 2 storey 3 bay building running east/west; front elevation: slate roof. Coursed random stone construction with mixed stone and brick openings and a keystone bearing the date 1874 incised.
