E L postcards
The EL series of postcards was produced by a French company in the first 20 years of the 20th century. The earliest cards were of very poor photographic standard and featured some unusual scenes. Many have not survived, so perhaps their content was even less popular, restricting the numbers sold. After the end of World War 1 there was a new batch of cards which were clearly influenced by the LL series, although of not nearly the same quality
